Slowly going gluten free
Been wanting to shed the gluten from my diet for awhile now. Been weaning myself from wheat and barley for the last few months, but one thing I have not been able to shake has been my weekly beer.
Tried a couple of the gluten free brews out there, but none of them really did it for me....till now.
I bought some Red Bridge Ale last night and gave one a try. Very much like Yuengling. I had not tried it before due to it being made by Busch and I have never been much of a fan of their beers. This one is not too heavy and has a nice flavor that I could enjoy. Made from sorghum instead of barley or wheat.
Now to find a good replacement for bread.

Good luck with your search, Mike - let us know what you find.
I have to lay off gluteins (durum semolina flours, etc) for dietary reasons. Dreamfields pasta works out well for me in that regard, so you might look into it if wanting your spaghetti fix.

Well, I quit sugar, cigarettes, then coffee . I'm not giving up anything else.
